About Kenneth Alfonso
A rare mix of screen craft, performance instinct, and a firsthand, inside-out read on how people and institutions actually work.

The Inside Man
Investigator, Actor, Producer, Writer, Comic, Pitchman, Entrepreneur, Tradesman, Storyteller, Athlete, Trainer. He's worked every side of the room before he ever walks in yours.
Alfonso didn't arrive at consulting through a traditional agency path. Over thirty years he's built recurring television roles on Tulsa King, Filthy Rich, Nashville, Wolf Pack, Long Slow Exhale, Saints and Sinners, Stargirl, The Have and Have Nots, Marry Me, and six seasons of Drop Dead Diva, alongside 80+ national commercials and hundreds of corporate training productions — working alongside six Academy Award-winning actors and cast by three Oscar-winning directors, including Barry Levinson, Tate Taylor, and David Frankel.
That path built a practical talent: the ability to find the strongest story inside a person, brand, pitch, or project — then shape it so the message feels clear, human, credible, and memorable.
Whether the platform is a website, pitch deck, investor conversation, corporate video, LinkedIn profile, or on-camera presentation, the goal is the same: the right message delivered to the right people at the right time.
The corporate training and industrial video background is often overlooked — but it's a real differentiator. It means Alfonso has spent as much time helping executives and teams communicate clearly on camera as he has spent on set himself. That's strategy from someone who has lived the pressure of performance and the business reality of getting people to pay attention.
Call it the Inside Man — an instinct to understand a world from the inside out, not the outside in, that runs deeper than the screen. As a teenager Alfonso spent three summers inside a detective division, then went on to work as an investigator for a State Attorney's Office, learning firsthand how prosecutors and law enforcement build a case — and how a story either holds up or falls apart under scrutiny. He's worked construction hands-on: plumbing, electrical, insulation, carpentry, concrete, and metal molding, including a set of custom doghouses — one a mini pagoda, one an Airstream trailer — built on a TV show. He's trained pharmaceutical sales reps to read the motivations of doctors and nurses in a fifteen-second window, coached trial lawyers on using a courtroom's space, energy, and delivery to move a judge and jury, and taught marksmanship, self-defense, and baseball. Every one of those rooms demanded the same discipline: read what's really happening, then communicate in a way that actually lands.
